HOW DO YOU ORDER YOUR REAL ESTATE SIGNS.

Use the applicable order form located below the Real Estate tab, choose the type and size of sign you require and then place you order from the order form. All photographic boards that are installed are rental.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT A proof of your sign will be sent to you within 24 hours, usually less. Check the details, email us back your Ok and we'll proceed. We are happy to make minor alterations at no charge to you, however, if want to redesign the layout a reproofing fee may be charged.

INSTALLATION we install the sign on your vendors' property, this will happen within 24/48 hours. Your detailed installation instructions will be followed closely, although we do reserve the right to install the PhotoBoard where we consider the best position to be (telephone, water & electricity lines can be in the most unlikely places). For this very reason, we request that the PhotoBoard is not moved once installed. We will reposition it (and, yes I'm afraid it will cost if we have to make a special trip), otherwise we'll move it when next in the area at no cost.

RENTING All generic boards and photoboards are rental, the Photoboard will remain your responsibility for a period of up to 6 months, whilst you are the active agent for the property. A nominal monthly rental will be charged after this time. When the property sells, the vendor changes agencies or withdraws the property from the market, we will need to be informed within 24 hours, so that we may recover the Photoboard for recyclying.
