Our Ordering Process
Contact Noosa Print by phone, email or visit us in-store.
Noosa Print will consult with you to gain a full understanding of your requirements.
We always endeavour to provide you with an itemised written quote within 48 hours. Once you are ready to approve your order, place a 50% deposit to get the design process underway.
Our Graphic Design team will generate your proof which will be presented to you for final approval or changes. Please be aware our prices are not inclusive of graphic design support - if your files are not 'ready to print' you will be charged for any additional graphic design work.
Once you are happy with the design and give us your final approval to proceed with the order we will get it underway. Please allow for between 2 - 10 days (depending upon the job complexity) from the date of receiving your proof approval to completion for most projects. If you require a 24hr completion, this may be available for an additional fee.
Once Your Order is Complete
We will contact you to arrange for collection of your order once it is completed. Any outstanding amounts will need to be paid at pick up - EFTPOS facilities are available in store.
